Purpose of the Role π
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to create visually stunning and highly functional interfaces. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences that resonate with and delight our audience. You’ll work collaboratively with the Product & Development team and occasionally contribute to overall graphic design needs.
Duties include, but not limited to π©βπ»
- Analyse requirements and translate those into user flows, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards mock-ups, sitemaps and information architecture charts that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Create and implement attractive designs alongside the development team
- Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering apps, webapps and websites.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product enhancements.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.
- Stay up to date with competitor products and industry trends
Essential Criteria:Β
- A minimum of 2 years in a UX Designer role, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions, preferably in the tech industryΒ
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous UX design work, including examples of research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final products. The portfolio should demonstrate a diverse range of projects, design challenges, and solutions that highlight your skills, creativity, and expertise in user experience design
- Proficient using UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
